Your domain is registered and up, with a very basic default 'welcome' page.
Your hosting is also set up for one year with 5DollarHosting, as aegerig. They
provided you with a default made-up password, which I've changed to 'ag0627'.
I also configured a few email accounts for you, and one for me for web admin
purposes. Right now yours forwards to your AOL account, so you will know when
you have mail, but the messages are also being kept in webmail on your domain
so you can read and respond to it there. You can get into webmail via
http://www.alisongerig.com/webmail?&exLanguage=english
Your current password for the 'alison' account is 'ag0627'. I also set up one
for 'inquiries', which just forwards to the 'alison' account, so you can read
and respond to all of your domain mail there. If you want to set up more
accounts, I can walk you through how to do this in your Control Center
(http://www.alisongerig.com/menu, log in as aegerig with password ag0627).
The SiteXpress trial is now permanent and your pages are there. Just go into
your Control Center, click Site Management, then Site Xpress. You will use ID
aegerig, password sx0627.
Nothing is published yet for the website. Now that you are a full user of
SiteXpress, you can actually create more than one 'work in progress' site if
you like. I made an example second site, "initialAEG", for you to play around
with to make your own default welcome page, while you take your time with the
"real site".

Yeah, the _'aegweb@agileteams.com'_ (mailto:'aegweb@agileteams.com') was
just sort of a temporary account. You need to have an email address to give when
you register a domain, so they can send you the registration info &
passwords. But you can't have any email addresses on alisongerig.com that work until
the domain IS registered, and hosted, and configured, and ... And I did not
want to expose your AOL address to Whois and the world in the registration
records, which are public.
As long as you don't mind the current default page at _www.alisongerig.com_
(http://www.alisongerig.com) , there is no rush at all on the web pages; they
are there now in SiteXpress to stay.
You can start using the email accounts immediately though, give your address
out to people, or you can include it in your design for your business cards.
You can create up to 100 email account names. So you can put anything you
want on your cards - you could use something particular that would let you know
how the person found you. eg put _referral@alisongerig.com_
(mailto:referral@alisongerig.com) on your cards, and put _inquiries@alisongerig.com_
(mailto:inquiries@alisongerig.com) on the website, for instance, or
_groups@alisongerig.com_ (mailto:groups@alisongerig.com) on your group therapy page. They
can all forward to you at one email address, so you only have one actual
mailbox to read & reply to. I can help you set that up, or do it for you. Or, keep
it simple and use 1-2 "screen names". Either way, I recommend you avoid the
really standard email account names like 'info' because spammers tend to try
them by default with any domain that's registered. They also tend to try
'webmaster' ... hence, 'webmistress', which I personally prefer anyhow ;)
